Coaching is a partnership that provides support, structure, and focus to assist you in identifying, clarifying, and achieving your personal or professional goals and aspirations--faster and easier than would otherwise be possible.
Essentially, coaching guides you to set better goals, asks you to do more than you would do on your own, focuses you to more quickly produce results, and provides the tools, support, and structure to your success.
By collaborating with your coach, you learn to set better goals--ones that are based upon your values and desires. The coach holds your vision, so you are drawn to your vision, rather than forced to push to get ahead.
You learn new skills that command action and create success.
Coaches build a partnership with you that provides support, structure, and focus, which allows you to identify, clarify, and achieve goals faster and easier than otherwise possible.
They also honor and accept you where you are right now and hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself.
Ask more than you do of yourself and provide the tools, support, and structure that affords you the confidence and courage to move forward.
Coaching is a process of inquiry and personal discovery that serves to build your level of awareness and responsibility. Professional coaches listen, observe, question, and elicit solutions and strategies that come from you, so they work for you.
Nearly all coaching sessions, worldwide, are held over the phone. We set up our appointments by phone or email, and then you call me. In between calls, you can email me for support.
I am a coach that answered my calling; I wanted to train with the best, so in 2006, I started taking classes, hired my first coach, and in enrolled in Coach U's Certified Coach Training Program...
Currently, I am a member of International Coaching Federation, and The Georgia Coaching Association, which both offer professional development training sessions, conferences, and cutting-edge programs in order to keep their members ahead of the curve. I am also proud to be a trainer for The TAS Group.
